Making a Purchase & Delivery
Making a Purchase
We have tried to keep this site as simple as possible. Just browse around, and when you find something you want to buy:
1. Click on the product.
2. Decide on the quantity you would like.
3. Choose an appropriate option if available.
4. Click on the 'Add to Basket' button.
5. When you have finished browsing click on the 'Checkout' link in our menu bar, you will have the option to amend your order if required.
6. Select the appropriate postage and packaging.
7. Click on the 'Checkout' button, this will take you to our secure payment provider PayPal to pay by credit/debit card, please follow the instructions supplied by PayPal.
Delivery Information
Within the UK
Deliveries will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of order. Delivery is by Royal Mail Standard packet post or by 1st class packet post (details listed below)

Standard packet post will normally take 3-5 working days, after dispatch, to be delivered and for 1st class packet post 1-2 working days. In the event of your order not arriving within the stated delivery times please contact customer services and we will report your order as late. After 15 working days beyond normal delivery times we will report it as failed whilst resending your order. If you fear your delivery is late or lost please check with you local sorting office, as often packages are awaiting collection, sometimes with no note being left at the delivery address.
Packet post deliveries are up to 5kg. Orders over this limit and large/heavy items will attract further charges and may be delivered by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. If this is the case we will inform you of the exact cost, by email, prior to dispatch and the relevant delivery timescales. Items which are too large/heavy to send by packet post and attract further delivery charges will be clearly marked in the product description as such.
If an order is urgent you can contact customer services and upgrade to Next Day delivery, Special Delivery or Signed for delivery and we can inform you of the cost of these extra services.

The delivery charges for Europe and International destinations (Rest of the World) Stated above are for deliveries up to 1kg. Orders above this limit and some large items may be more than the rate stated. In this event we will email you of the exact cost and delivery timescales BEFORE dispatching your order.
International orders up to 2kg will be delivered by Airmail Small Packet service to any European or International destinations. For deliveries outside the UK we allow 20 working days for Europe and 28 working days from the rest of the world before a consignment can be reported failed, and, issue a claim and resend said consignment.
